When can I visit?

We don't have visiting times or scheduling—families are welcome whenever they wish. You're welcome to visit anytime; please come and see us whenever it's convenient for you.

What should I bring to a visit?

Just bring yourself and any questions you may have. We'll provide a tour and answer all your questions about our care services.

How quickly can admission be arranged?

Residents can be admitted after the pre-assessment, which can take up to an hour.

For residents coming from social services or the hospital, we receive information from them and complete the rest once the resident has been placed.

We are pleased to accept weekend referrals and, in some cases, can facilitate admissions over the weekend to support timely care transitions.
